Originally written for the Elgin Symphony Orchestra, this stunning setting of the favourite carol has now been arranged for trombone soloist and was featured on the album 'A Joyful Noel - The Orchestral Music of Andrew Wainwright', also available from this website. The arrangement features ethereal shimmering harmony, depicting the wintry scenes that the carol describes.
