Craig Stevens

Originally from Bedfordshire, Craig Stevens is a British composer/arranger and trumpet/cornet player based near Lichfield, Staffordshire. He is currently employed as a music teacher by a local music hub teaching in various schools to all ages.

Craig is the Music Director of the Gresley Colliery Band and Associate Conductor of Salvo Brass, a composite band made up of current and ex members of The Salvation Army. He has also led several other bands based in the Midlands (UK).

Craig has been commissioned to write and arrange for solo performers, brass bands, wind bands, small ensembles and vocal groups. His music has also featured on recordings by brass bands across the UK, including a brand new remote recording, completed during the Covid-19 lockdown by The Ratby Co-Operative Brass Band called ‘At Home’.
